MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Simon Leech – Principal Accountant
Simon is a qualified accountant, member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and a registered tax agent with the tax practitioners board. He has been practicing tax for a number of years and is now the owner/principal of C J Leech & Co, Qantax & VA Tax.
After completing his HSC, Simon commenced a Bachelor of Science majoring in mathematics at Sydney University, then completed a number of additional accounting, tax and law subjects to enhance his knowledge.
As principal of the practice Simon plays a major role in all accounting & taxation aspects of the business and specialises in the education, management, and monitoring of all business clients through numerous accounting packages, including Xero, MYOB, Class etc. Simon also has extensive experience in individual tax returns for all occupations and has a special interest and acute knowledge of the aviation industry. His expertise extends to business structures, asset protection and superannuation including Self Managed Superannuation Funds.
Kerry Leech – Practice Manager
Kerry has been practice manager for over 30 years and responsible for the smooth running of the business. Kerry’s eye for detail, natural flair for office procedures and administration and excellent customer service manner, makes her a valued member of the team.
Marc Lin – Accountant
Marc has been working with us as an intern prior to completing his Bachelor of Business degree where he was majoring in Accounting.
Now fully qualified, Marc is enjoying the varied and complex work individual and small business accounting brings. Marc has proven to be a reliable member of our team.
Karen Searle – Admin
Karen provides strong support to all staff members and keeps us upbeat with her cheerful smile.
Stella Leech – Practice Dogtor
A vital member of our team as she encourages daily exercise and helps maintain a calm and enjoyable workplace environment. Appointments with Stella are limited however she is always happy to wag her tail for you.
