MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Simon Leech – Principal Accountant
Simon is a qualified accountant, member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and a registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioner’s Board. He has been practicing tax for a number of years and is now principal of C J Leech & Co, Qantax & VA Tax.
As principal of the practice Simon plays a major role in all accounting & taxation aspects of the business and specialises in the education, management, and monitoring of all business clients through numerous accounting packages, including Xero, MYOB, Class etc. Simon also has extensive experience in individual tax returns for all occupations and has a special interest and acute knowledge of the aviation industry. His expertise extends to business structures, asset protection and superannuation including Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.
Chris Leech
Chris has been practicing tax for over 40 years. He has enjoyed spending his time working with clients to reduce tax, create personal wealth and build more profitable businesses. He provides advice on all aspects of taxation including Capital Gains Tax, Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF), asset protection and retirement planning. He also has specialist knowledge & personal interest in the airline industry. Chris’s focus is on achieving the best outcome for his clients every time.
Krishna Amos
Krishna has recently joined our team and has 30+ years of experience. She specializes in individual and small to medium business tax and accounting. She is dedicated to developing friendly working relationships with the clients and getting the best possible outcome for them . Degree qualified, a CPA and many decades of experience have enabled Krishna to hone her skills and acquire a vast amount of technical knowledge. A true people person, she loves the personal interaction with clients that our firm prides itself on. Married with 2 adult boys and 2 pups, she spends her time outside of work) hours as a sports fanatic and living and loving life.
Paulette Williams
Paulette is a seasoned professional with nine years of experience in the accounting industry. Throughout her career, she has been a vital backbone for her teams, seamlessly navigating both administrative and accounting support roles with precision and a “can-do” attitude. Paulette is our inhouse Xero and MYOB guru.
When she’s not keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine, Paulette trades her spreadsheets for sandpaper and mixing bowls. She is an avid furniture restorer with a knack for giving old pieces a new life, a passionate baker, and a cyclist who loves hitting the trails. At home, her most impressive management skill is put to the test: successfully chasing up her teenage boys to finish their chores!
Kerry Leech
Kerry previously has been practice manager for over 30 years and responsible for the smooth running of the business. Kerry will now be on hand to assist in the administration of the practice, lending an extra hand when required. Kerry’s eye for detail, natural flair for office procedures and administration and excellent customer service manner, makes her a continuing valued member of the team.
Mabel & Stella Leech – Practice Dogtors
Vital members of our team and in a shared role as they encourage daily exercise and helps maintain a calm and enjoyable workplace environment. Appointments with our Practice Dogtors are limited however they are always happy to wag their tail for you, receive a pet, or even play a quick game of fetch!
